Banyule Community Health

Gambling Counselling Service is now available from MRCNW-Hume Office. This service is provided by Banyule Community Health and is free of charge. We are pleased to adivse that a problem gambling service is available at our Hume Office each Wednesday. Those interested in accessing the service can do so on telephone 1800 858 858.


Centrelink

Centrelink provides an information and advice service about pensions and benefits at the MRCNW. Monday morning between 9.30-12 available by appointment only.



Consumer Affairs Victoria

Consumer Affairs Victoria provides advice on the following Renting & accommodation: leases, bonds, inspection, repairs.
Estate Agents: buying or selling a home.


Building and renovating: contracts, domestic building insurance, owner builders.
Motor cars: buying or selling, dealing with motor car traders, insurance and warranties, repairs and maintenance.
Credit & debt: credit cards, borrowing, debt collection.
Scams and door to door sales
Refunds, lay-bys, warranties and contracts
Other consumer issues

Horn of Africa Women’s Group

The Horn of Africa Women’s Group is present at the MRC North West during each Thursday in St Albans.



Federation of Chinese Associations

The Federation of Chinese Associations is present at the MRC North West during each Friday in St Albans.



VICSEG

VICSEG operates a Sudanese family strengthening program from the MRC North West in St Albans; also VICSEG operates a Chaldean/Assyrian family strengthening program from the MRCNW Hume Office (in Broadmeadows).
