MRC – Help at home

We provide support and assistance to help individuals continue living independently in their own home — through our Home Care Support services.

Home Care Packages assist seniors with daily living needs. Our services are coordinated and tailored to meet your specific needs and goals, giving you the choice and flexibility to make your own decisions.

We offer assistance around the house, gardening, personal care, transportation and meal services just to name a few.

Migrant Resource Centre North West Region is an approved and registered provider for Home Care Packages specializing in assisting people from cultural and diverse backgrounds. Our Home Care Packages funding has four Levels:

• Level 1 Entry-level care needs
• Level 2 Low care needs
• Level 3 Medium care needs
• Level 4 High care needs

You can be eligible if you are:

• 65 (over 50 if you identify as an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person),
• Needing support and want to continue living independently in your own home,
• Australian permanent resident or citizen.
